Things to Keep in Mind as a Justice
I will hear every case with an open mind and make decisions that can gain public trust.

Favorite Word or Term
The phrase I bear in mind is, “You must not be bound by your successful experiences,” though this may not be an idiom.

Books that Left an Impression on Me
Tocqueville's Discovery of America by Leo Damrosch is one of the books I have recently read that impressed me.
I am planning to re-read Bei-O Kairan Jikki ((Record of a Tour of the United States and Europe) by Kunitake Kume.

Hobbies
I like reading Japanese historical novels. I feel sincerely sorry that Ms. Aiko Kitahara passed away recently.
