The following Family Courts (* Please see "List of Family Courts with Service".) have begun the Family Court Telephone/Fax Information Service, a public information service via telephone and facsimile on family-related subjects that Family Courts handle.

The Information Service provides brief information concerning domestic relations cases and related matters: general information on family matters that Family Court can handle; Determination and Conciliation procedure; Information on Advising service for filing; locations and office hours.
Anyone can call the number of this service listed below and get the above information at any time (available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day) by telephone and facsimile. Using an application form and its fill-in example offered by facsimile, one can complete an application form and file it without going to court house by mailing the completed application form with required revenue stamps and postage stamps as well as other necessary documents.
According to the guiding message the Service callers will be able to select relevant information from a menu of subjects by choosing corresponding numbers. The information on subjects chosen will be offered by telephone or by facsimile. A code number is given to each subject. So one can obtain the information by directly choosing the code number, if one knows the code number in advance.
For this service, no additional fee is needed other than calling fee.
