Visit by U.S. Attorney(Adjunct Professor) James D. Stevens and one Other Guest

On November 7, 2017, two attorneys at law from the United States, Mr. James D. Stevens (Adjunct Professor, University of Detroit Law School) and Mr. Michael C. Adams, visited the IP High Court.
Mr. Stevens and Mr. Adams were briefed by Judge Motoyuki Nakashima on the outline of IP litigation in Japan and the results of the Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property/Tokyo 2017 held from October 30 to November 1, 2017, and exchanged opinions with him about such topics as the situation regarding IP litigation in Japan and the U.S.
