On October 22, 2018, Judge Cho Jong Hyun of the Goyang Branch of the Uiejeongbu District Court of the Republic of Korea visited the IP High Court. After observing oral arguments and a preparatory proceeding, Judge Cho exchanged opinions with Judges of the Second Division including Presiding Judge Yoshiyuki Mori regarding the IP lawsuits system and practices.
