On July 9, 2018, Professor Toshiko Takenaka and graduate students including international students of Keio University visited the IP High Court.
After observing a case in a courtroom of the IP High Court, the visitors were given a briefing by Presiding Judge Yoshiyuki Mori and Judge Ayako Morioka on the outline of the IP High Court and the progress of the case. The visitors also asked questions on a variety of topics, including the content of technical explanatory sessions, involvement of technical advisors and key points of proceedings in IP-related lawsuits.
