On September 24, 2019, Presiding Judge Kyuhong LEE of the Patent Court of Korea, Senior Judge Lang Guimei of the Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People's Court of China, Senior Judge Wang yuanyuan of the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Court of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Justice John Nicholas of the Federal Court of Australia, Justice Prathiba M. Singh of the High Court of Delhi, along with the judges who speak on the second day, paid a courtesy call on Justice Hiroyuki Kanno of the Supreme Court of Japan.
The five judges attended the closed session with judges of the IP High Court. The attendees of the closed session discussed topics involving IP litigation system in each country.
After that, the five judges, attorneys, Mr. Sang-Wook HAN and Mr. Hoodong LEE from Korea, Mr. Chixue WEI and Ms. Sai CHEN from China, Ms. Sarah Matheson and Mr. Philip Kerr from Australia, Mr. Pravin Anand，Mr. Hemant Singh and Ms. Saya Choudhary Kapur from India， and patent attorneys, Mr. Jia GUO, Ms. Nancy (Xiaowen) SONG and Mr. Tao CHEN from China, Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar from India paid a courtesy call on Chief Judge Makiko Takabe of the IP High Court of Japan.
These judges, attorneys and patent attorneys are the speakers of the program for the first day (September 25) of Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property/Tokyo 2019.
