On October 18, 2019, Prof. Dr. Ahmad M Ramli and 15 delegates of Padjadjaran University, the Republic of Indonesia, visited the IP High Court.
After touring the courtroom and hearing an explanation from a senior court clerk, the guests received an explanation from Judge Yugo Ishigami on outlines of the IP litigation system in Japan and the IP High Court, and an explanation from a judicial research official on the duties of judicial research officials.
The guests actively asked questions and engaged in fruitful discussion with the IP High Court judge and officials about differences between Japan and Indonesia.
