Visit by Professors and Students from the Graduate School of Information Technology and Intellectual Property, Dankook University, Korea (December 12)
On December 12, 2019, a delegation of 11 members from the Global Intellectual Property Department of the Graduate School of Information Technology and Intellectual Property, Dankook University, Korea, visited the IP High Court. The delegation consisted of Professor Nam Ki-Yeon, Director of the Intellectual Property Education Center, Professor Kim Yong-Ho, and students of the graduate school.
The visitors received an explanation on the outline of the IP High Court and IP litigation in Japan from Judge Kenichi Furukawa of the Fourth Division of the IP High Court, and visited the office of judicial research officials. They actively asked questions to Judge Furukawa regarding IP litigation in Japan.
