On August 2, 2019, 15 guests including Mr. Ennid Hasanuddin Pakih Hasan, Instructor of the Judicial Training Center of Indonesia, Judge of High Court, and 9 other judges and 5 officials of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property of Indonesia visited the IP High Court as part of the 11th Study Trip to Japan conducted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Research and Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice of Japan. The guests received a lecture from Judge Takafumi Kokubu on the court proceedings in trademark cases, which is the main topic of this training program, and an explanation on the outline of the IP High Court. After that, they toured the courtrooms, offices of judges, offices of court clerks and other places of the IP High Court. The guests actively asked questions to the lecturer and a lively exchange of opinions was held between them.
