Visit by International Students Studying at the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University (February 12)

On February 12, 2020, a group of nine people from the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University, led by Professor KANEKO Yuka and including seven international students from Laos and Myanmar, visited the IP High Court.
After observing oral argument in the courtroom, the guests received an explanation on the proceedings of the trial they observed and an outline of IP litigation in Japan from Judge FURUKAWA Kenichi of the Fourth Division of the IP High Court, and visited the office of judicial research officials. They actively asked questions to Judge Furukawa regarding IP litigation and civil litigation in Japan.
