On December 21, 2016, Presiding Judge Rho Tae-Ak, Seoul High Court of Korea visited the IP High Court. Judge Rho attended the actual proceedings in which technical explanations were given on the date for oral argument and also actively exchanged opinions with Presiding Judge Takabe and others about the system and current status of IP litigation and general outline of digitization of litigation proceedings.
