On April 10, 2015 following the Fordham IP International Conference, Chief Judge Ryuichi Shitara of the Intellectual Property High Court met with Professor Sir Robin Jacob, currently a professor at University College London and formerly a judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales, and exchanged opinions on a broad range of matters relating to English patent litigation procedures. Professor Sir Jacob provided Chief Judge Shitara with a detailed explanation thereto.
