On April 14, 2005, delegation of the American Intellectual Property Law Association IP Practice in Japan Committee visited the IP High Court, and exchanged views with judges of the Court on issues such as proposals for major amendments to the US Patent Law, enforcement of foreign patents, establishment of the IP High Court of Japan, law and practice regarding protective order, expert commissioners system. The active and constructive discussions continued for more than two hours.
