On November 22, 2005, a study mission from the Malaysian government visited the IP High Court. The mission members included Deputy Secretary General Dato’ Khairuddin Md Sari of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Deputy Public Prosecutor Aslina Joned of the Attorney General’s Chambers, and Senior Judge Mariana Haji Yahya of the Session Court.

The mission received a brief lecture from judges of the IP High Court on the organization, jurisdiction, and history of the court, and then observed hearings in the courtroom and toured the court.
