On May 16, 2006, delegation of the American Intellectual Property Law Association IP Practice in Japan Committee visited the IP High Court, and discussed with judges of the Court various issues including recent topics of the IP High Court, doctrine of equivalents,obviousness standard in the US, recent development of US Patent Law reform, recent US Supreme Court cases relating to intellectual property. The active and constructive discussions continued for more than two hours.
