Delegation of American Intellectual Property Law Association Visit IP High Court
On April 19, 2007, the delegation of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) visited the IP High Court and exchanged opinions with judges at the court. At the meeting, presentations were given by both parties, namely “Inventive Step Standard in Japan” and “Case Management at the IP High Court” by our judges, and “Nonobviousness” and “Recent Legal Revisions and Statistics on IP Cases in Various Countries“ by the AIPLA delegation. Through the active question-and-answer session following these presentations, the participants exchanged opinions with each other, producing meaningful outcomes for both parties.
