On December 8, 2008, Vice President of the Supreme Arbitration (Commercial) Court of the Russian Federation Tatyana Konstantinovna Andreyeva visited the IP High Court, accompanied by eight other judicial officials, including the Chief Judge of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Far East District, the Chief Judge of the Sixth Arbitration Appeal Court, and the Chief Judge of the Arbitration Court of the Primorye Territory.

Vice President Andreyeva received a brief explanation from Chief Judge Tomokatsu Tsukahara of the IP High Court about the organization and history of the Court, and then looked around the round-table courtrooms and other facilities.
