On February 17, 2010, Vice President Isaichev Vladimir Nikolayevich of the Supreme Arbitration (Commercial) Court of the Russian Federation, together with six associates, visited the IP High Court.

The visitors showed considerable interest in the IP High Court, listening intently to explanations given by the judges of this Court regarding the general judicial system in Japan, the background of the IP High Court, methods used in the training of IP judges, and systems related to judicial research officials and technical advisers, and engaging in an exchange of opinions following a tour of the courtrooms and offices.
