On March 24, 2010, Justice Kenneth Madison Hayne of the High Court of Australia visited the IP High Court.
Following on from 2005, this is Justice Hayne's second visit to the IP High Court. On this occasion, judges from the IP High Court and the IP Divisions of the Tokyo District Court explained the characteristics, current situation and processing status of intellectual property suits in Japan, and all parties subsequently engaged in a mutually focused exchange of opinions.
