On March 1, 2011, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, visited the IP High Court, with four associates.

The visitors showed considerable interest in the IP High Court, listening intently to explanations given by Chief Judge Tetsuhiro Nakano, with regard to the background up to the establishment of the Court as well as its systems and operations, and in particular, the systems related to judicial research officials and technical advisors.
