On April 19, 2012, a delegation from the AIPLA visited the IP High Court and engaged in a meeting with the judges thereof to exchange views. The judges of the IP High Court gave presentations entitled "Doctrine of Equivalents" and "Recent Supreme Court Judgment on the Right of Publicity," while representatives from the AIPLA gave presentations entitled "American Invents Acts Overview," "Patent Eligibility post Bilski" and "Joint Infringement." Subsequently, the delegation and the judges engaged in a lively Q&A session. The meeting was very informative for both sides.
