On April 25, 2013, international students from the overseas study program of the World Customs Organization (WCO) (18 customs officers from 16 countries worldwide, including Yemen) visited the IP High Court as a part of a lecture on “Border enforcement with regard to goods infringing intellectual property rights,” one of the subjects of the program.
The students observed trial proceedings and received an explanation of the case they observed from a judge of the Fourth Division of the IP High Court. They also engaged in a lively Q&A session on the case with the judge. The students subsequently had the opportunity to tour the Court facilities.
