• 　On September 30, 2022, Honorary Professor Aloys Hüttermann of the Niederrhein University and Judge Anna-Lena Klein of the Munich I District Court visited the Intellectual Property High Court （IPHC） of Japan, and gave lectures on the theme of the Unitary Patent (UP) System and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) of Europe.
  　Through the lectures and discussion, the difference in both the scope and the schedule of proceedings in lawsuits between the UPC and the IPHC was verified, and those were very meaningful for the attendants who are the Judges and Judicial Research Officials of IPHC.
