Visit by Judge Richard Vietze and Ms. Melanie Kühn, Trainee of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD)(December 8）
- On December 8, 2022, Judge Richard Vietze of the Berlin Labour Court and Ms. Melanie Kühn, trainee of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, visited the Intellectual Property High Court (IPHC) of Japan.
They toured the courtrooms and other facilities of the Business Court, received explanations on the outline of IP lawsuits and proceedings at the IPHC, and observed the court proceedings. They exchanged opinions on court proceedings in Japan and Germany with judges of the IPHC.
