Lectures for International Students under the WCO Scholarship Program

　On May 22 and 25, 2023, judges of the IP High Court gave lectures to the international students under the WCO (World Customs Organization) Scholarship Program (21 customs officials from 19 countries around the world).
　The lectures were given by Judge ASAI Ken at Aoyama Gakuin University on May 22, and Judge TOYAMA Atsushi at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies on May 25. These lectures covered a wide range of topics, including an outline of the IP High Court, management of proceedings in IP-related litigation, active use of expert knowledge, information dissemination, and international exchange, and they provided the international students with a valuable opportunity for learning.
