• On January 11, 2024, 28 lawyers from the Korean Bar Association (KBA), including Mr. KIM Young Hoon, President of the KBA, visited the IP High Court.
  The guests received an overview of the history of the IP High Court and an explanation on the characteristics of patent litigation in Japan, such as the use of an explanatory session and technical advisors and Grand Panel cases. After exchanging opinions with judges of the IP High Court on the operation of an explanatory session and the roles of technical advisors, the guests toured the facilities of the Business Court, including the courtroom.
