• On October 8, 2024, four judges from the Republic of Korea (Judge SHIM,HAKSHIK Judge KIM,TAEHWAN Judge JEON,YUSANG and Judge HAM,HYUNJEE) visited the Intellectual Property High Court as part of a training program organized by the Japanese court.
  The four judges received a lecture on the history, organization, characteristics, etc. of the Intellectual Property High Court, heard oral arguments and visited court divisions to discuss legal systems relating to lawsuits on intellectual property rights, such as the Patent Act, the Copyright Act, the Trademark Act, and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, as well as past precedents and actual statuses of court proceedings, with judges of the Intellectual Property High Court.
