• On January 24, 2025, eight patent examiners, including Patent Examiner Dadan Samsudin, from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property(DGIP) of Indonesia and four experts from JICA visited the IP High Court.
  After taking a tour of the Business Court and its courtrooms, they received an explanation about the outline of the IP High Court from judges of the Third Division of the IP High Court. Then, Patent Examiner Johany Siregar provided an explanation of the current situations regarding patent examinations in Indonesia. Participants exchanged views on the IP High Court and its practical operations concerning IP disputes in Japan.
